SE Health Seniors Living utilizes electronic record point click care across all seniors living environments. Features include: improved interdisciplinary referral process, resident assessments, task lists, care planning, risk management processes, as well system integrations with electronic medication administration and recreation therapy programming. SE Health supports site leaders with all orientation and training of PCC.

Person and Family-Centered Care

We support health care organizations in their journey to place people and families at the centre of care. With our focus on person-centred care, residents experience continuity, reliability, and flexibility in the services they receive. Through a hands-on approach, we empower residents to take control of their health by involving them in the co-design of new programs and measuring effectiveness through monthly client satisfaction and engagement surveys.
