As an Operator, SE Health partners with the licensee/owner to deliver the agreed-upon scope of services, which may include clinical care, hospitality, and/or accommodations. These services are supported by our home office teams, such as HR, LR, Finance, IT/IS, and more. We are actively involved in day-to-day operations and employ on-site staff, including leaders and direct care providers. We specialize in clinical care services such as personal care, bathing, medication administration, lifts and transfers, infection prevention and control, skin and wound care, and more. Our hospitality services include food procurement, preparation, and service, as well as housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and more. Accommodation services ensure that the facility and equipment are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced to keep everything in excellent working condition.
As an Management Company, SE Health partners with the licensee/owner to provide comprehensive management and advisory services, offering support and guidance for the launch and ongoing operation of new sites, as well as compliance support (e.g., gap analysis, corrective action planning) for existing sites. The scope of services is mutually agreed upon between SE Health and the licensee/owner. Site-based leadership and direct care staff remain employees of the licensee/owner, while SE Health supports the development and implementation of a Management Plan focused on several key priorities:
