With over 110 years of health care experience, the Seniors Living team at SE Health provides a wide range of support in independent, assisted living and long term care residences, from a la carte nursing and personal support services for residents to around the clock full care management. The care and comfort of residents is our top priority and is also our area of expertise. We provide high quality services which meet or exceed provincial regulatory requirements.
Our knowledgeable care management team will ensure that the needs of any client are met, from assistance with activities for daily living to dementia care, complex care as well as end of life care. Our dedicated onsite staff is fully supported by our team of clinical experts and are able to access that support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our clinical experts ensure our staff have the most up to date education, adhere to best practices and conduct audits to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
